Project Overview
Alfonso Jaramillo played a key advisory role in assisting Black Salmon with the acquisition and assemblage of more than 93,250 square feet of strategically located land spanning five city blocks within Miami’s rapidly evolving Health District. The assemblage created one of the largest and most significant development opportunities in the submarket, laying the foundation for a transformative mixed-use project designed to integrate residential, medical office, retail, and public realm components into a vibrant urban environment.
Black Salmon is currently planning a large-scale, city-like development featuring approximately 1,500 residential units, more than 500,000 square feet of medical office space, and complementary retail uses. The project is expected to represent more than $1.5 billion in total development value.
