With more than 20 years of commercial real estate advisory and brokerage experience, Alfonso Jaramillo is the Founder and Principal of Alfonso Jaramillo Group, a Miami-based real estate advisory group specializing in urban development opportunities, strategic investment sales, and complex land transactions throughout Miami’s Urban Core.

Over the course of his career, Alfonso has established himself as a trusted advisor to developers, institutional investors, family offices, and landowners involved in many of Miami’s most significant urban redevelopment opportunities. His track record includes nearly $1 billion in total sale transactions across more than 150 successful deals throughout Brickell, Downtown Miami, Edgewater, the Arts & Entertainment District, the Miami River District, and surrounding urban core markets.
Known for his strategic approach and deep market knowledge, Alfonso has advised on transactions representing billions of dollars in development potential across multiple real estate cycles. Alfonso has also played an active leadership role within the South Florida real estate community. He previously served as a Governor of the Board of the Commercial Division of the Miami Realtors, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate organizations.

Enrique Jaramillo is a Co-Founder and Principal of the firm, bringing more than two decades of senior executive leadership, corporate strategy, and comprehensive expertise in business development and high-value transactional volume across diverse industries.

Prior to shifting his core focus to the real estate sector, Enrique built a distinguished career leading corporate communications and strategic operations for prominent business groups. He served as General Manager at the Grupo Colombiano de Comunicaciones and held key leadership roles at Axioma Comunicaciones, where he directed major industry publications and market-leading platforms. His early corporate foundation was forged in the telecommunications and banking sectors, managing corporate portfolios and institutional accounts at market leaders such as Colombia Móvil and Interbanco S.A. This diverse financial and corporate background sharpened his expertise in business administration, negotiation, and strategic scale.
In 2015, Enrique pivoted his executive expertise to the real estate sector, founding and leading Propiedades de Colombia SAS (propcol.com).

Valentina Palacios
Valentina specializes in the research, analysis and sale of development opportunities and investment assets across Miami’s Urban Core, with a primary focus on Edgewater, the Arts & Entertainment District and Wynwood.
Before starting her career as a commercial real estate advisor, Valentina successfully worked at Xtrategy Business Center, where she was focused on international trade and foreign investment, gaining valuable experience in global business dynamics.
In 2022, Valentina joined Alfonso Jaramillo. Since joining the firm, she has been involved in transactions above $40 million.
Valentina brings a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of market trends, allowing her to effectively advise clients and identify high-value opportunities in competitive markets.

Juliana Faciolince
Juliana specializes in the research, analysis, and sale of development opportunities and investment assets across Miami’s Urban Core, with a primary focus on Brickell, Downtown, Allapattah, and Little Havana.
Before starting her career in commercial real estate, Juliana gained experience in operations, logistics, and analytical reporting at Lean Solutions Group, where she supported process analysis, reporting, and coordination within fast-paced international environments.
In 2025, Juliana joined Alfonso Jaramillo Group, where she supports the identification of investment and development opportunities through market research, data analysis, and relationship building. Her analytical approach and attention to detail help drive informed decision-making in dynamic real estate markets.
Juliana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Internationalization, from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
