Project Overview

Alfonso Jaramillo played a key advisory role in assisting Alta Developers with the acquisition and assemblage of an entire city block comprising more than 97,714 square feet (2.24 acres) of prime land adjacent to Simpson Park, one of Brickell’s most unique natural preserves. The assemblage created a rare large-scale development opportunity within the heart of Miami’s premier urban district, where opportunities to acquire an entire city block are exceptionally limited.

The successful assemblage provided the foundation for two landmark developments: Novotel Brickell, a 275-room hospitality project, and Le Parc at Brickell, a luxury residential condominium featuring 128 high-end residences.
