Alfonso Jaramillo played a key advisory role in assisting Newgard Development Group with the acquisition and assemblage of approximately 1.62 acres of strategically located land along the Miami River at the gateway to Brickell. The assemblage created the foundation for two landmark residential developments, Lofty Residences and The Standard Residences, which together represent one of the most significant luxury residentialinvestments along the Miami River corridor.
Today, the site is being transformed into a premier mixed-use residential destination comprising more than 785 luxury residential units with an estimated aggregate project value exceeding $1 billion.
