Project Overview
Alfonso Jaramillo played a key advisory role in assisting The Related Group of Florida and Resident Group with the acquisition and assemblage of approximately 140,688 square feet of land spanning two half-city blocks within Miami’s rapidly emerging Edgewater neighborhood. The assemblage created the foundation for two significant residential developments that helped accelerate the transformation of Edgewater into one of Miami’s premier waterfront residential markets.
The acquired sites ultimately gave rise to Paraiso Bayviews, a luxury residential tower developed by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica, and Metro Edgewater, a residential development by Resident Group. Together, the projects delivered more than 660 residential units and contributed to the ongoing revitalization of the Biscayne Boulevard and Edgewater corridor.
